Motorbikes among items stolen across Banbury

Two incidents of motorbike thefts in Grimsbury during the past week has seen both bikes recovered.

The first incident took place between 2am and 6am on Sunday (February 23) when a blue CPI SM 50 motorcycle was taken from Cheney Road. The motorcycle was later recovered from Howard Road.

On Monday (February 24) a blue and white Mikilon motorbike was stolen from Padbury Drive between 11.15pm and 11.50pm but police officers were able to locate the bike which was being ridden by two individuals at the time.

A green Bianchi 400 bicycle was stolen when a garage was broken into on Warwick Road, Ruscote, between 6pm on Monday and 7am on Tuesday and earlier this month another garage break-in in Broughton Road, Easington, saw a hammer drill, Bosch circular saw, planer and drill heads taken sometime between 9pm and 10pm on Wednesday (February 12).
