Images released of Chipping Norton distraction burglary

Thames Valley Police have released CCTV images of five people they wish to speak to after the burglary of a property above a newsagents.

On Monday, January 30 at about 10.30am, five offenders entered the newsagents in Chipping Norton and, while some of the group distracted the shopkeeper, one of the group gained access to the property above the shop.

Once inside the flat a safe was stolen which included a passport and quantity of cash. All members of the group then left the shop at the same time.

Anyone with any information about the burglary or anyone who recognises the people shown in the image, should contact PC Adam Clark from Witney police station via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101 quoting reference 43170029091.
