THE new spring programme from The Theatre, Chipping Norton boasts everything from comedy, music and film to the theatre’s very own productions.

In March, the theatre will stage Tennessee Williams’s The Glass Menagerie which director John Terry has described as “our bravest production yet”.

Spring also brings the Oscars to Chippy and the venue promises a parade of film masterpieces, including Life of Pi, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and Les Miserables. Well-known faces from the national comedy scene will also make an appearance with Jo Caulfield’s sharp urban comedy on display on Friday, February 1, stand-up comedian Lee Hurst in March and Seann Walsh in April.

The spring programme also caters for a variety of musical tastes and whether it is classical music, folk or tribute acts you like you can be sure to find it in Chippy this season.
