An open viewing of a unique property in Syresham which also acts as an art gallery will take place between 10am and 4pm on Friday.
Syresham-based Arcadian Properties have taken on 29a Bell Lane, which is perfectly located just three miles north of Brackley, where people will be able to talk to representatives of the business as well as the owner and current tenant of the property.
Jeremy Holtom of Arcadian Properties said: “Many people have tales to tell about selling a property. Nowhere is that more true than of anyone who has ever tried to sell a house that is particularly unique or special. When a house is absolutely unique in someway in features, energy or position then there is not a conventional market for it. It will to the right person for the right price at the right time.
“Often those people will find that they will either need a large deposit or need to have access to a private second mortgage for lenders will often down value such properties by comparing them to other properties that are entirely different on the basis that their valuers must find a ‘comparable’ property which does not exist.”
Mr Holtom, who is also a music producer and business consultant, formed Arcadian Properties where his aim is to add colour and flair to the ways unique houses are sold. Visitors to the house will even be able to buy any of the original art or limited edition prints in time for Christmas.
He added: “You will not have a better opportunity to see the impact of really good pictures on the energy of a home and you might even be the lucky buyer of the house!”
