Boy is pushed to ground while walking to school

A 14-year-old boy was assaulted while he was walking to school last Friday.

It happened at about 8.20am along Upper Windsor Street, when he passed another boy who grabbed him and pushed him to the pavement. The victim fell to the ground and the offender, who did not saying anything before, during or after the attack, walked off. He was not known to the victim.

The offender is white, of a similar age to the victim, at least 5ft 9ins, stocky and had short hair. He was wearing a school uniform of black trousers, a black blazer, un-tucked white shirt, a red stripy tie and was carrying a black rucksack.
