A MAJOR water leak at Spiceball leisure centre means part of the building is closed today (Friday) for repairs.
The gym, sauna, steam and spa room, all first and second floor changing, shower and toilet facilities are currently closed.

The swimming pool, café, soft play area, sports hall and dance studios remain open. Toilets, showers and changing facilities on the ground floor can still be used.

Engineers are on site to assess the damage and repairs will inevitably extend into the weekend and possibly beyond.

More information about when the facilities will reopen will be available later today.

Customers are advised to telephone the centre on 01295 257522 or visit the Cherwell District Council web site www.cherwell.gov.uk to check availability of particular facilities.
