Village supermarket burgled

CASH and cigarettes were among some of the items stolen following a burglary at a supermarket in Tysoe.
Between 8pm on Thursday (May 8) and 6.35am on Friday (May 9), thieves broke into the Costcutter Supermarket Londis Store in Main Street.

In addition to money and cigarettes the offenders also stole alcohol and DVDS.

Secnes of crime officers from Warwickshire Police have carried out examinations of the scene and are reviewing CCTV footage from inside and outside of the store.
