A THREE-CAR smash closed the A423 outside Banbury yesterday (Monday) afternoon.
Fire crews needed hydraulic equipment and a Dewalt saw to cut free one of the victims. Three people were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Police closed the road after the 4.10pm incident to recover the vehicles - a black Ford Focus and red Mini Cooper plus one other unidentified car.

The crash happened at the Hanwell Road turn and the road is now open again.
