BUSINESSES have been brought to a standstill by power cuts on the Wildmere Industrial Estate.
Touch FM radio station has been badly hit by the loss of power and staff are now moving to a site in Stratford to get on the air.

Central Networks, the electricity supplier responsible for the area, has confirmed that the problem was first noted
at about 4am this morning and there are still 20 premises - both businesses and homes- without power.

Repairs are being carried out on underground cables and it is not known how long this will take.

Two generators are now being brought to the estate to get everyone up and running with power while the permanent repairs are being carried out.
