A MAN has been jailed for inciting a three-year-old child to engage in pornography.
Paul Tustain, 46, of The Causeway in Banbury, was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court today (Friday) after pleading guilty to two charges at an earlier hearing.

The first was a charge of inciting a child to engage in pornography and the second of taking indecent photographs.

The court was told Tustain took photographs of the toddler in provocative poses on his mobile phone, which the child's mother then found.

He was arrested in August this year and 13 images were found in total, ranging between level one and two - the lower end of the scale used to grade such photographs.

Judge Patrick Eccles jailed Tustain for three years on the first charge and 12 months on the second, to run concurrently.

The toddler and its mother cannot be named for legal reasons.
