A HUNSTMAN due to be prosecuted for alledgedly killing a fox had his case adjourned.
Julian Barnfield, 44 of Heythrop Kennels in Chipping Norton, was not required to attend the hearing at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Monday.

The Heythrop huntsman faces three charges of breaking the ban on fox hunting with dogs and is only the second person in Briatain to have such a prosecution brought against him.

The case was adjourned until August 4 so DVD evidence of the allegations can be viewed.
