Banbury man gets life in prison

A BANBURY man has been sentenced to life in prison after attempting to murder a man he believed was a love rival.
Ian Holland, 33, of Edinburgh Way, attacked Adam Dickson in Adderbury last year.

He was found guilty of attempted murder last month and was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court this morning (Tuesday).

Holland must serve at least seven years before he is considered for parole.
