THIS is your chance to dramatically cut escalating fuel costs and make a real difference to the protection of our environment.
With petrol and diesel costs at a record high, the Banbury Guardian has launched Banbury Car Share- an exciting intiative to get the thousands of people who commute to or from Banbury every day to share cars with fellow commuters who complete similar
journeys.

Simply by sharing your commute with one person you could effectively cut your fuel costs in half.

By sharing with three people, you could reduce your transport costs by up to 75 per cent and help take hundreds, if not thousands, of cars off our roads!

So, if this is of interest, click here to see who is making similar journeys to or from your home town or village on a daily basis!

* Please note: Destination Banbury is simply designed as a means of putting indiviudals interested in reducing the number of cars on our roads in touch with each other. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from car-share arrangements but, for your personal safety, we recommend you initially meet potential car-share partners in a safe and secure environment before beginning any shared transport agreement. We also recommend that initial contact is made through the forums on this site or via email. We advise that you do not post home or mobile telephone numbers on this site.Further details or explanation of this initiative can be obtained by contacting the Banbury Guardian newsroom on 01295 227790.
