Woman stole meat products
THE following cases were among those heard at Banbury Magistrates’ Court from November 9-13:
n Caroline O’Connell, 33, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted stealing meat products to the value of £30 from Mid-Counties Co-operative, stealing a Scene It game to the value of £9.95 from the Blue Cross Charity Shop, stealing a child’s scooter to the value of £19.99 from Argos and stealing meat to the value of £20 from the Co-op. For all offences she was sentenced to 42 days in prison less the time already served.
n Jacob Hedley, 37, of Newcombe Close, Milcombe admitted drink driving and was fined £300, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge, £500 costs and banned from driving for 40 months.
n Sean Stimpson, 43, of Penrhyn Close, Banbury admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £70 costs.
n Jake Preedy, 20, of Mascord Road, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly and was fined £75, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
n Kurt O’Sullivan, 28, of Town Furlong, Bodicote admitted assault by beating and was given a community order with a supervision requirement, ordered to complete 100 hours unpaid work and pay £350 costs.
n Stephen Davies, 51, of Forgeway, Banbury, admitted carrying out business as a scrap metal dealer without registering with Cherwell District Council. He was fined £100, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
n Kierra Daniels, 22, of Post Office and RAF Croughton, Croughton, was found guilty of speeding by driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £200, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and had her licence endorsed with three points.
n Russell Fowler, 51 of Bath Road, Banbury, was found guilty of speeding by driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £200, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and had his licence endorsed with three points.
n Ian Bailey, 46, of Ferriston, Banbury, was found guilty of using a television without a licence and was fined £55, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs.
n Clare Boniface, 30, of Cromwell Road, Banbury, admitted using a television without a licence and was fined £70 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.
n Leanne Carpenter, 26, of North Street, Banbury, was found guilty of using a television without a licence and was fined £265, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs.
n Michelle Cooper, 38, of Ironstones, Banbury, was found guilty of using a television without a licence and was fined £200, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs.
n Kerrie Gibbs, 47, of Easington Road, Banbury, was found guilty of using a television without a licence and was fined £100, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs.
n Michelle Gooby, 27, of Dover Avenue, Banbury, admitted using a television without a licence and was fined £36, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs.
n Sarah Harris, 41, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, was found guilty of using a television without a licence and was fined £200, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs.
n Nikita Heritage, 24, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, was found guilty of using a television without a licence and was fined £55, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs.
n Emma Holloway, 21, of Middleton Road, Banbury, was found guilty of using a television without a licence and was fined £55, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs.
n Gerard Howard, 44, of Levenot Close, Banbury, was found guilty of using a television without a licence and was fined £150, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs.
n Carol Khan, 48, of Cromwell Road, Banbury, was found guilty of using a television without a licence and was fined £600, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £65 costs.
n Denise King, 24, of Ribston Close, Banbury, was found guilty of using a television without a licence and was fined £55, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs.
