First tributes paid to Theodora
THE family of Theodora Phillington who died in a car crash on Tuesday have been the first to pay their respects to the tragic teengaer.
Theodora, who was 19 and of Springfield Avenue, Banbury, was involved in a collision on the A422 at about 10am on Tuesday.
In an e-mail sent through to the Banbury Guardian this morning (Thursday), Theodora’s grandmother, aunts, uncles and cousins in Trinidad and Tobago said: “To my beautiful niece, may you rest in peace, you are gone but will not be forgotten.”
Theodora had been driving a Renault Clio which was involved in a collision with a Jaguar Sovereign. Theodora died at the scene and a 77-year-old woman was taken to hospital with a fractured wrist and ribs.
The driver of the Jaguar was uninjured.
