Award winner: Flexibility is key

A FENNY Compton-based managing director who scooped two awards at the Banbury Women in Business Awards late last year has put her success down to “flexible, high quality services”.

Kim Bendzak, of accredited training provider Apple Construction Training, won the awards for Most Established Business and Most Inspirational Woman Business Owner.

She said: “These awards are not only reassurance that we’re doing things right, but a credit to my team who has helped me build Apple Construction Training to the success it is today.

“We recognise that a lot of companies are in survival mode, which is why our recipe of flexible, high quality services is working.”
